Advances in Education 教育进展, 2014, 4, 81-84 Published Online May 2014 in Hans. /journal/ae /10.12677/ae.2014.43B016 The Application of Team Teaching Model in Comprehensive Training of Pharmaceutical Preparations Yanxia Hao, Huixin Xiang, Suxia Li Department of Pharmaceutical, Hebei Chemical and Pharmaceutical Vocational Technology College, Shijiazhuang Email: 1186881963@ Received: March 2014 Abstract Based on the theory of learning organization, and to improve higher occupation pharmaceutical preparation students practical ability by means of team teaching mode, we used team teaching mode in pharmaceutical preparation of our college, based on the jobs involved in pharmaceutical preparations, and through established the project team of the teachers and the students, orien- tated the teachers and students’ post role, constructed teaching content and mode, established performance-based incentives, mobilized the enthusiasm of “teaching” and “learning” in two as- pects. The professional ability of students was promoted; teachers’ professional level was im- proved. The target of students occupation experience and employment was achieved.
