清凉油（白色）治疗风热感冒头痛的临床疗效观察 1＊ 1# 2 丁礼琴 ，金家骅 ，夏前明 （1.上海中华药业有限公司，上海 200052；2.成都中医药大学附属医院，成都 610072） 中图分类号 R283；R511.6 文献标志码 A 文章编号 1001-0408（2014）23-2164-04 DOI 10.6039/j.issn. 1001-0408.2014.23.21 摘 要 目的：观察清凉油（白色）治疗风热感冒头痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法：将240例符合风热感冒头痛诊断标准的患者随 机分成治疗组（180例）和安慰剂组（60例），于每次头痛发作时，分别取定量清凉油（白色）和安慰剂[含10％清凉油（白色）成分] ，均 匀搽抹并轻揉于头部左右太阳穴10s ，每日用药不超过3次，两次用药的间隔时间≤1h ，疗程1d。采用直观模拟标尺法观察用药 前及每次用药后15、30、60min 的头痛程度。结果：与安慰剂组比较，治疗组在用药后30～60min 疼痛可明显缓解，差异有统计学 意义（P ＜0.01）；在改善中医证候方面，治疗组也优于安慰剂组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：清凉油（白色）用于治疗风热 感冒头痛，疗效显著优于安慰剂，且未见明显不良反应。 关键词 清凉油（白色）；头痛；风热感冒；临床观察 Clinical Observation of Essential Balm （White ）in the Treatment of Anemopyretic Cold-induced Headache 1 1 2 DING Li-qin ，JIN Jia-hua ，XIA Qian-ming （1.Shanghai Zhonghua Pharmaceutical Co. ，Ltd ，Shanghai 200052， China ；2.The Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM ）University ，Chengdu 610072， China ） ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE ：To observe clinical efficacy and safety of essential balm （white ）in the treatment of anemopyretic cold-induced headache.
