Although our country has issued many policy papers, there are still a lot of problems to deal with because of the time of development not long, the original medical thinking and system, and others. The main of this paper is to abstract a typical model from the developmental models of National Health Service in our country. This model involves three components that are hospitals, National Health Service and families. And starting from the idea of Supply Chain Management, firstly, we introduce a number of theories about Supply Chain and Supply Chain Management, discuss the feasibility of the establishment of the Supply Chain of National Health Service, and establish a simple three-tier network structural Supply Chain model On this basis, we further discuss that hospitals and National Health Service Centers should change in six mayor areas to get the good effects of the Supply Chain, and we clarify the advantage of the Supply Chain of National Health Service. Then we use the Game Theory and the Optimization Theory to discuss the problem of the coordination between the hospital and the National Health Service center in the Supply Chain of National Health Service. And we only discuss this problem from two respects: the necessary conditions to construct the strategic partnership and designing a coordination contract. Then, we give a number of methods and measures to meet those conditions and to put the contract into effect as far as possible. Finally, we expound should take some important measures in the development of National Health Service.
