河南科技大学毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE IV 室内空气净化器的设计与制作 摘要 随着我国人民生活质量的不断提高，对空气质量要求更加严格，但是随着室内外空气污染日益加重，空气中的尘埃、细菌、异味及有害气体对人体健康有直接影响。因此，能否有效彻底解决室内空气质量问题，已逐渐被人们所关注。目前，我国空气净化器大部分都是采用药物消毒、机械过滤器、紫外灯杀菌、臭氧消毒等方法。 本研究设计和制作了一个主要以除尘为目的的空气净化器，属于机械过滤+吸附式净化器，同时兼具去除甲醛、杀菌消毒、空气加湿等功能。室内空气在抽风机作用下首先通过第一层滤料-无纺布过滤材料，将空气中颗粒污染物捕集下来；然后经过第二层滤料-活性炭纤维过滤材料，利用活性炭纤维对气体具有较强吸附能力的特点，对气态污染物吸附；接着经过在紫外灯照射下的负载TiO2的活性炭纤维层，去除甲醛和杀菌消毒；在第三层过滤室内放置空气加湿器，可以对过滤后的空气进行加湿，调节室内空气湿度。 对自制空气净化器进行了性能测试，当去除时间为60分钟时，除尘效率为90%，去除甲醛效率为52.94%。 关键词：空气净化器，无纺布，活性炭纤维，TiO2，加湿器。 THE DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE OF INDOOR AIR CLEANER ABSTRACT As peoples life quality rise ceaselessly, the quality of air is required stricter. But with the air pollution of indoor and outdoor is getting worse, atomy, bacteria, odor and harmful gas has a direct effect on human health in the air. Therefore, whether can we improve indoor air quality effectively and thoroughly has gradually been paid more attention . At present, most of our country’s air purifier are using drugs disinfection, mechanical filter, uv lamp sterilization, ozone disinfection and so on. This research is designed and produced an air purifier,whose mainly purpose is to remove dust. It belongs to mechanical filter and adsorption purifier,but it can also wipe off formaldehyde, sterilization, and humidify the air etc. With the exhaust fan, Indoor air via the first filter layer - non-woven filter materials, particles pollutants in the air will be captured down; Then get through the second filter material - active carbon fibre filter material, take advantage the characteristic of the strong capacity of adsorption gas , carbon fiber can adsorb gas pollutants more easily; Then the air pass through carbon fiber layer which contains TiO2, with the illumination of uv lamp , formaldehyde is removed and the air is sterilized at the same time; There is a a humidifier on the third filtering indoor ,which can add wet and adjust humidity of the indoor air.
