摘要 集散控制系统在造纸工业中得到广泛的运用，本文主要研究了集散控制系统在制浆造纸洗涤工段的运用。 洗涤工段是制浆造纸中一个重要的工段，洗涤的目的有两个：一个是把纸浆中的黑液洗涤干净以利于后序工序的顺利进行；二是尽可能获得高浓度的黑液，一边蒸发回收。 论文重点论证了洗涤工段工艺对自动控制提出的要求，控制方案的设计，集散控制系统的选择和硬件的配置。为了有效的控制生产过程、保证生产安全、保证产品质量和提高生产效率，必须及时检测出生产过程的有关量。所以文章介绍了控制仪表的选择原则和要求。文章中同时也讲述了DCS控制室的设计及其对环境、采光条件、建筑等提出的要求。 在本论文的设计过程中还运用到了CAD画图软件，绘制了管道仪表流程图已经仪表回路接线图等。 关键词：集散控系统 洗涤工段 控制方案 仪表 SUPCON JX-300X Abstract Distributed Control System in the paper industry are widely used, this paper studies the distributed control system in the Pulp and Paper Section of the use of washing.  Wash section in is an important pulp and paper steps, washing two purposes: one is to wash the pulp black liquor in order to facilitate the smooth progress of the order process; second possible access to high concentration of black liquor, side of the evaporation recovery.  Paper demonstrates the focus of washing process on Automatic Control Section of the request, control program design, distributed control system selection and hardware configuration. In order to effectively control the production process to ensure safety, ensure product quality and increase production efficiency, the need for timely detection of the amount of the production process. Therefore, the article introduces the instrument of choice control principles and requirements. Article also describes the design of DCS control room and on the environment, lighting conditions, construction and other requests.  In this paper the design process is also applied to the CAD drawing software, draw a flow chart has been meter circuit pipe instrument wiring diagram and so on.
