魅力型领导的组织效能探析 摘要： 曾经有人形象地说过这样一句话，“一只狮子带领着的一群羊能打败一只羊带领着的一群狮子”。这是一句非常有意思的话，在这句话的背后，较为充分地向我们阐释了领导者在一个企业或者团队组织中所显示的重要作用。在一个单位里，或者是企业、或者是政府职能部门、或者是事业单位，领导就是单位的一面旗帜，领导对于企业的发展起着不容忽视的重要作用，往往决定着这个单位的命运。领导的能力强，单位在各方面都呈现蒸蒸日上的发展态势，而如果一旦领导离开或者倒下，那么这个单位往日的辉煌便会跟着烟消云散。因此说，一个企业或者单位的成功，其实在于领导者的成功。但是一个领导的成功不仅仅与领导者的能力有关，更多时候是取决于领导者的魅力。一个具有领导魅力的领导者，能够将各方面的力量进行有效地整合和凝聚，从而将单位中所有的人都聚集到一起，大家形成合力，而这种凝聚力则又会转换成企业继续向前发展的巨大推动力。魅力型领导的组织效能主要分为内部因素和外部因素两个方面，在正常和非正常情况下都对魅力型领导都对组织效能起着影响。 关键词：魅力型领导，组织效能 Analysis on the organizational effectiveness of charismatic leadership Abstract:Once some people vividly said such a word, a flock of sheep a lion led to a group of lions to defeat a sheep led.
