存在期间为1939年6月至1945年8月。第三章着重讨论蒙疆学院的 存在期间为1939年6月至1945年8月。第三章着重讨论蒙疆学院的 办学情况及改称过程、训育工作等相关问题。结语部分梳理全文，概 括论文的主要内容及一些观点。 关键词：蒙疆政权；教育；蒙疆学院；办学情况 万方数据 A A STUDY ON THE HISTORY 0F MENGJIANG COLLEGE AB STRACT After establishing“Manchukuo”，the Kwantung Army accelerated their invasion into the westem part of Inner Mongolia and founded Mengjiang Autonomous United Autonomous Government．To strengthen their control toward Mengjiang area，Japan has adopted a series of methods on politics，economy,culture and education．Concerning on education．Japan mainly established a11 kinds of schools and educational institutions．Among which，the establishment of Mengjiang College is an example．In this thesis，based on the original documents，memoirs and relating narrations，I mainly discussed on the special background and historical context of the foundation of Mengjiang College and tried to reconstruct the history and fill some margins of contemporary and modem Mongolian history． Mengjiang College is a college which specially trains govemment officials．In September 1 937，Chanan，Jinbei and Mongolian United Government was established．To nurture government officials，Japan established Chanan College，Jinbei College and Mongolian College．Ater 1 939，to unify the educational policy and educational departments，the Japanese decided to cancel the three colleges and founded the highest 万方数据 educational educational institution for government officers--Mengjiang College． The thesis consists of introduction，main body,conclusion， references and appendix．In the introduction part，I mainly sketched the significance of the selected topic，the research review,the main documents used and some new ideas represented in this thesis．In Chapter One，I discussed the historical background of the establishment of Mengjiang College．I mainly elaborated the establishment of Mengjiang Government and its evolution including its educational policies and sorted out the historical situation which influenced the foundation of the college．In
