毕业设计说明书 题 目： 金属硬密封球阀的研制 姓 名： 学 号： 指 导 教 师 ： 年 级 专 业 ： 过程装备与控制工程2006级 所在学院和系： 完 成 日 期： 2010年5月25日 答 辩 日 期： 2010年6月12日 金属硬密封球阀的研制 摘 要 阀门是流体管路的控制装置，其基本功能是接通或切断管路介质的流通，改变介质的流通，改变介质的流动方向，调节介质的压力和流量，保护管路的设备的正常运行。球阀具有流体阻力小, 节省能源,流向不受限制, 启闭快等优点。其综合技术性能比相同用途的截止阀、旋塞阀和蝶阀均优越。设计重点介绍了球阀中最常用的三片式固定球金属硬密封球阀的设计过程和内容。 设计过程主要包括：阀门阀体和零部件的设计计算、结构设计、主要零部件的强度校核、相关工艺的编制、装配和试压等。根据毕业设计的要求，设计在严格遵循API6D和GB/T 12224-2005《钢制阀门一般要求》等设计标准和规范的基础上，参考国际、国内现有球阀的结构，设计完成了球阀中阀体、侧阀体、阀盖、阀杆、球体、等主要零部件的设计与校核等任务。 关键词：管线球阀， 设计， 金属硬密封固定球阀 Development of The Metal Sealing Ball Valves ABSTRACT The valve is fluid pipe, the basic function of control device is connected or cut the circulation medium, change the circulation medium, change flow direction of medium, medium pressure and flow and protects the normal operation of the equipment, pipeline.
