PAGE PAGE 37 题目： 橡毯预缩机预缩率与超喂的模型设计 学 院 　　　信息科学与工程学院 专 业 　　　电气工程及其自动化　　　 年 级 　　　2010级 　　　 学 号 　　　1015311044 　　　 姓 名 　　　李惊涛 　　　 指导老师 　　　 梅小华老师 　　　 2014年6 月 摘 要 预缩率是染整生产成品布的重要质量指标。染整预缩生产通常采用改变预缩机入口处喂布轮速度的方法，来调节喂布量（即超喂量），使成品布的预缩率达到用户要求。因此，研究预缩率与超喂的关系，对提高产品质量，生产的一次合格率，降低预缩环节加工能耗和生产成本具有重要作用。 本文主要对橡毯预缩机预缩率与超喂的关系进行如下几个方面的研究： （1）预缩率与超喂自动控制系统原理分析，结构及系统框图构建； （2）预缩率与超喂自动控制系统中的测速控制系统，超喂控制系统，及整体系统的组成设计； （3）预缩率与超喂自动控制系统基于Matlab的建模与仿真，最终系统运行结果应显示克重输出值能跟综到达设定值。 关键词：预缩率；超喂控制；Matlab ABSTRACT The shrinkage is an important quality index of dyeing and finishing productionfinished fabric. Dyeing and finishing of pre shrinking production usually adopts the method of changing the shrinking machine entrance feed wheel speed, to adjust the feed quantity (overfeeding), so that the finished fabric preshrunk ratio reaches the requirement of users. Therefore, study on the shrinkage andover feed, to improve the quality of products, a pass rate of production, plays an important role in reducing the shrinking link of processing energy consumption and production cost. Research conducted in the following several aspects of the relationship between the main compressor shrinkage of rubber blanket pre and overfeeding: (1)The shrinkage and overfeeding principle analysis of automatic control system, structure and system block diagram; (2) The shrinkage and overfeeding automatic control system in the speed control system, ultra feed control system,design and overall system; (3)The shrinkage and overfeeding automatic control system modeling and simulation based on Matlab, and finally the running results of the system should display the weightoutput can follow to the setting value.
