攀枝花学院本科毕业设计（论文） A公司电子汽车衡产品 制造过程的质量控制 学生姓名： 陈志威 学生学号： 200510603106 院（系）： 机电工程学院 年级专业： 2005级工业工程 指导教师： 曾庆 硕士（助教） 二〇〇九年六月 摘 要 电子汽车衡作为重要计量器具之一，其功能是为大宗物品称重计量，常常用于贸易结算，计量结果的准确性直接影响到国计民生。目前国内市场上一些非正规企业的较多，且产品质量较差，而价格又远远低于正规企业的产品，致使电子汽车衡市场竞争激烈，造成正规生产厂家为了降低成本，制造质量也出现不同程度的波动。 本文从制造的工艺流程出发，介绍了汽车衡生产过程的质量控制和保证措施，找出产品的关键质控点并就整个生产过程提出进一步的质量改进建议。论文旨在加强汽车衡生产企业对制造质量的重视，探寻产品质量控制和改进的新思路，努力提高制造技术与制造工艺水平，稳定使我国的民族衡器工业走上健康持续发展的。 电子汽车衡，过程，质量管理  ABSTRACT Electronic truck scale as one of important measurement apparatuses, its function is weighing measure for bulk goods, and it is often used in trade settlement, so the accuracy of measurement results have a direct impact on peoples livelihood. At present, there are quite a few non- regular enterprises with poor product quality in the domestic market, whereas their products price is far lower than the regular enterprise’s. The contrast results in drastic competition of electronic truck scale market, it also brings manufacturing quality’s fluctuations of various degrees in order to reduce cost among regular manufacturers. This paper, written from the manufacturing process, introduces quality control and assurance measures of truck scales’ production process, then identifies the key product quality control points and puts forward further suggestions for quality improvement throughout the whole production process. The Paper aims at strengthening production enterprises of truck scale to attach importance to manufacturing quality, explores new ideas for product quality control and improvement, and strive to improve the level of manufacturing technology and manufacturing process, stabilize even improve performance and quality of products, so that our countrys national scale industry walks up the way of healthy and continuous development.
