With the rapid ex- pansion of economic output ,the adjustment of industrial structure, the rapid development of high-tech industries, Henans logistics ind- ustry also presents the vigorous development the situation. With the development of modern logistics industry because now, advantageous condition in henan has obtained the certain level logistics industry in the development of the situation, but still exist planning repetitive construction, behind, small scale, low degree of specialization, service function, this will issues such as the development of logistics industry in henan and significant impact. So in the future the government should strengthen the planning and management of logistics, if increase investment, improve logistics park planning and strengthen scientific research, carries on the logistics standardization construction, and actively cultivate the logistics personnel, conform with the logistics development trend of logistic development, henan economic pillar industry into henan.
