Abstract ：In order to quantitatively describe and analyze the three-dimensional root architecture, a three-dimensional architecture measurement and analysis system is designed and developed to realize the functions of the three-dimensional w visualization of root in situ, detection and analysis of three-dimensional architecture parameters.
