PAGE 34 内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业设计说明书 题 目：设计年产量100万吨的轨梁厂 (以包头地区为条件，φ100、37Mn5 圆钢为典型产品，占年产量10%） 学生姓名： 学 号： 专 业： 班 级： 指导教师： PAGE I 设计年产量100万吨的轨梁厂 (以37Mn5圆钢φ100为典型产品) 摘 要 本设计以包头地区为条件，设计年产量为100万吨的轨梁厂，通过详细地分析目前型钢发展概况和建厂的必要性和可行性，说明在包头西北部建厂是完全必要和可行的，并制定了10个产品方案和金属平衡表。其产品种类包括：方钢、圆钢、角钢、工字钢、槽钢、扁钢、重轨等。 本设计以37Mn5圆钢（原料规格300×300）为典型产品（成品规格：φ100），设计具体的内容包括：建厂的必要性和可行性分析、生产工艺流程的确定、合理的孔型系统设计、轧制力能参数计算，同时核定了轧机小时产量和车间年产量，车间主轧机辅助设备的选择，规划了合理的车间平面布置，明确了各项经济技术指标，其中设计的重点内容是：生产工艺流程的制定、孔型系统设计和轧制力能参数计算。最终结合设计及计算结果同时参照包钢经验数据绘制了车间平面布置图 关键词：型钢；37Mn圆钢；轧制工艺；孔型设计 Design of rail beam plant with annual output of 1 million tons (37Mn5 bar 100 for a typical product) Abstract This design a rail beam plant with annual output of 1 million tons in Baotou religion .Through detailed analysis of the current steel constuction and development of the necessity and feasibility of Baotou in north-west ,buildin -g factories is absolutely necessary and feasible,and develop the product plans and balance sheet of the metal of 11 products. Many kinds of seamless pipes are manufactured for square steel , round bar steel , angle steel , I-steel , U-steel , flat steel , heavy rail etc. The typical product is 37Mn5 bar (raw materical specifications: 300×300,finished product specifications:100),the content of this design involve:development introduction of the setion-steel,the necessity and feasibility analysis of the construction,the plans of the manufacturing process, reasonable roll pass system design,calculation of rolling mechanical parameters,and check the hour-output of the mill and annual output of the workshop,select subsidiary equipment of the workshop,plan a reasonable plane workshop layout,define the various economic and technical indexes.The key content of this design are:deciding the process of the manufcturing,designing the roll pass system and calculating the rolling mechanical prameters.Finally draw out the plane layout of the
