Subject Subject ：Research on Virtual Testing System for Logging Instruments Instructor：Ma Xianmin(Signature) 盖 Specialty ：Computer application Name ：Jin Hongmei(Signature) Vmual Instrument is an integrated production ofcomputer technoIogy,signal processing technology and instrument technology．As the developmental trend of testing instruments in 21st century,it is being applied to much field,but domestic applications to oil testing instruments are few．With the缸lt找’(1uee ofthe concept ofvirtual instrument into design ofoil testing instruments．a virn戚testing system for logging Jllstmments is presented in this paper． It realizes analysis and display function with the substimtion of computer soRware for traditional hardwar‰decreases the size and improves the precision of testing instruments, which is much significant to the update oil instruments． On the base of analyzing virtual instrument technology and modem computer bus technology,the thought of combining USB technology and vilt堪instrument technology is put forward，the whole configuration of the virtual testing system is presented and the minimal design ofit is implemented from both hardware and software． On the hardware design,Mvan∞d catch technology and programmable logic technology 8聪used to蠢sign the USB acquisition card based on PDIUSBDI乏front-back programming s打uct‘聪is used to design firmware for the SCM on the acquisition card,and Windows DDK and DriverStudio arc used to compile the USB driver programs． The kernel part ofthe virtual instrument is to implement testing function using software。 Based on LabVIEW and layered design method，four modules of multi-parameter telemetry combination logging tools，analog tri-c，ombination logging tools，multi-function signal generator and投碉uency analyzer are realized with the application of such digital signal processing methods as correlation analysis，FIR filter and etc． The system has a friendly interface and easy to operate．The experiment result shows that it can efficient
