四川师范大学本科毕业设计 500W数字功放的设计 学生姓名 *波 院系名称 物理与电子工程学院 专业名称 通信工程 班 级 2009 级 4 班 学 号 2009070454 指导教师 *文 完成时间 2013年 5月 11 日 500W数字功放的设计 学生姓名：*波 指导老师：*文 内容摘要： 数字功率放大器，也称为D类音频功率放大器，是一种脉冲调制型放大器。它与传统的模拟音频功率放大器的主要差别在于功率晶体管的工作状态，即使用脉冲形式的信号来驱动高速的功率开关。 本文主要包括技术指标分析、系统方案论证、电路设计与原理分析等部分。论文首先从数字功率放大器的市场分析入手，基于目前定压输出的大功率功放，着重研究应用于消防广播系统的数字功放；根据系统结构，从分析数字功率放大器的效率入手，确定各子电路的性能指标要求，经过电路结构的选择和优化，最终完成前置放大器、三角波产生电路、比较器、MOS管驱动级、LC无源滤波和各种保护及显示等电路模块的设计，并对上述子电路和整个系统进行仿真然后制作出实物。实物测试结果表明这个数字功率放大器具有效率高、低功耗以及谐波失真低的特点，各项保护电路均满足消防功放的技术指标。 关键词：数字功率放大器 高效率 PWM调制 H桥驱动 Design Of Signal Processing Software System Abstract: Digital power amplifier, also known as Class D audio power amplifier is a pulse modulation amplifier.The main difference with the conventional analog audio power amplifier in that the working state of the power transistor, that the use of the form of the pulse signal to drive the high-speed power switching.
