A bstract: In order to study the mi pacts of initial temperature on the procedure and effectiveness of compost for restaurant garbage, the smi ulating
expermi entsw ere carried out in 3 sets of horizontal composting reactors in which the temperature could be controlled. Thew ater- soluble C /N, pH, cell
temperature and total organic carbon ( TOC) w ere investigated to identify compost stabilization stage. The expermi ents w ere carried out under the
