华中科技大学硕士学位论文Abstract 华中科技大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Reverse engineering and rapid prototyping are important in contemporary advanced manufacturing technique．Combination of the two technologies caD_bring a bran-new paaem of product design and manufacturing．Reverse engineering is a rapidly evolving discipline．which integrate the developing technologies such as meaSurement technology, signal process，computer vision，computer geometry and graphics processing．Presently, oversea reverse hardware and soRware are ongoing high-speed development and at a comparatively high level。but their price is amazing high．So，it’S very urgent for US to develop homemade equipment and software． An integrated measurement platform is set up，assuming laSer SCan measuring theory base on computer vision，including soft-ware part design and development．The system is divided into three technical cells including a new“nd of method of ctnera calibration and it’S realization，the creating of the cloud data measured with laser SCan，the triangulation baSed on STL file format and triangular model simplification，which Can present the reverse design ofpart that has complex freedom surface． As one of the basic tasks in computer vision,calnera calibration determines the internal and external parameters of a vision system．In this dissertation,baSed on modified pine-hole camera model wi也one order radial lens deformation。a new linear multi-step method for carnera calibration is developed．With some appropriate transformation and arrangement,the camora parameters can be calculated by solving these linear equations sequentially only． According tO the character of the gray distributed by Gauss function in laser strip image，the binary laser strip image can be obtained by means of whole threshold segmentation．Then,a laser strip in a single pixel width is extracted by adopting the two thinning algorithms based on inmge skeleton and Gauss distribution． How tO determine that an item in one laser stripe image corresponds to another
