山东建筑大学硕士学位论文Work 山东建筑大学硕士学位论文 Work Study on Highway Engineering Project Jobsite Cui Jian(Management Science and Engineering) Directed by Zhao Jinkai ABSTRACT It is a common sense in tIle academic circles that reconstruction traditional construction industry by referring to the advanced production and management model in the manufacturing industry．Taking a panoramic view of these studies，they were all based on a lean construction environment assumption．How to build the environment was rarely revolved，such as eliminating waste in the construction process，establishing reasonable stability in the construction process，collocating construction resources rightly,organizing a team which was willing tO innovate，and timely mastering the dynamic information，and SO on．For the construction industry of extensive production and experiential management，it is the most needed．Meanwhile，the advanced production theory which is only on this basis can truly take root．The production process is relatively simple in the highway projects，SO it is a breakthrough in the study．This paper took the reference of work study,the earliest technology of traditional IE，and reformed the traditional production management mode． This technology also has practical significance to the immense investment cost of highway building industry． Firstly,this paper analyzed the highway projects feature theoretically．Highway projects depend greatly on mechanical level and its production is continuous cycling．Based on this study,work study’S applicability and necessity was explored for the highway project． In accordance with its own characteristics and construction requirements of the project，the work study’S connotation was put forward，and the specific technical scope of work study was analyzed．Then，based on work study,a work study management system which is adapted to project management system is established：really playing its role，reforming the highway engineering project management．Continuous improvement was
