ABSTRACT The composing methods and collecting forms of modern artworks especially paintings are changing from in kind to digital with the growing of the Internet and computer science. In recent years, a considerable number of high-level foreign digital painting artworks promote foreign market of this area a lot. However, the market of the digital artworks in home is still lying in an initial stage. This paper chooses an clear classification as the designing feature of the digital painting artworks management system by studying the development status of the artworks and the comparing of the differences between the artwork management systems at home and abroad, and we divide the digital artwork into three categories and nineteen sorts. Through user needs analysis, using MVC framework and PHP programing language, designed good managing processes and realized basic system functions. In this system, users can complete the functions of registering, logging in, artwork managing and downloading. May the enthusiast of the digital painting artwork can benefit from this paper in the future.
