甘肃工业夫学硕士论文ABSTRACT 甘肃工业夫学硕士论文 ABSTRACT The research iS mainly about how to implement the radial compliant mechanism iU scroll compressor,which have two schemes scheduled．As one case of the tWO，也e radial compliant mechanism，which has not radial restriction(NRRM，broad sense)，should let the contact force F。of scroll wrap as Iow as it can．111us，we call get the 10W power consumption．But the force iS too reduced，the tangential leakage is increasing．As the other,the mechanism which have radial restriction(HRRM，If maximum forward—displacement iS zero，then it is in narrow sense)，the force F。approaches zero after running in period．It iS equal to the mechanism of no radial compliant in extraversion，but in introversion，it keeps the radial compliant in n￡12TOW sense，In this case，the most important parameter in observed ones iS contact force F。of constrain． When F．≤0，the scroll wraps would be away to each other in radial direction， as a result，the tangential leakage is sharply increasing． After the mathematical models of two schemes a．re jndnced，the main problems include the influences of the mechanism parameter d。to F。or F： and shaft power P，，also the influences of NRRM or HRRM to every parameters observed． nle analysis indicates：F,,／F。increasing steadily as o。inereasing；and P：is independent of a。in case of HRRM，however,in case of NRRM，Pz iS increasing along with the increasing of n。．Compare HRRM and Nl汛M，the conclusion iS that the additional Pz is caused by the friction of k．In other words．NRRM always consumes mo陀shan power than HRRM．Therefore，t11e implement ofradial constrain iS essential for semil compressor,which requires hi曲EER． To well resolve the problems above，the author programs a CAD software-- SCR3．0 by Visual Basic，which is designed for complete machine． Keywords：scroll compressor，air conditioning，radial compliant mechanism， radial constrain。mathematical model，friction，leakage，anti-rotation mechanism，axial compliant mechanism III 一笪塑三些=；查；堂里圭堡苎 一笪塑三些=；查；堂里圭堡苎 堕堡
