中南大学硕士学位论文 中南大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRA(叮 ABSTRACT The synthesis of intermidate were performed by esterification,with neopentyl glycol and adipic acid、terephthaloyl chloride，the molecular weight of oligmer changed as the diverse material molar ratio；Then，the mixed ester which have excellent lubricity Was produced by esterification。 with oligmer and oleic acid、rapeseed oil acid．111e performance ofmixed ester also researched in this paper,the main content as follows： 1．Different oligmer of adipic acid ester and terephthalic acid ester base oil Was synthesized。the effect of reaction time、the reaction temperature and molar ratio on yield and efficiency of esterification also be discussed，the optimal reaction conditions of adipic acid ester as follows：step l：catalyst was p-toluene sulfonic acid．water carrier was toluene，the reaction temperature wag 19肚150℃．the reaction time was lh,the efficiency of esterification can reach 97．8％：step 2：catalyst was P．toluene sulfonic acid，water carrier Was toluene，the reaction temperature was 14¨150℃．the reaction time Was lh．the field was 83—89％：the optimal reaction conditions of terephthalic acid ester as follows：step 1：acid-binding agent was pyridine，the solvent Was dichlormethane。the reaction time Was 8h。the reaction temperature wa 70一80℃，the field was 56．9％；step 2：catalyst Was p-toluene sulfonic acid，water carrier Was toluene。the reaction temperature Was 140～1 50℃， the reaction time Was lh．the field Was 8 1．89％． 2．The structure of intermidate and mixed ester Was identified by IR； the structure and constitute of intermidate Was alSO identified bv GC-MS． 3．The degree and the molecular weight was determined by measuring the acid value and hydroxyl value of intermidate；The solidifying point、viscosity、viscosity index、acid value、saponification value、oxidative stability、biodegradability、thermal stability and tribological and rheological charac
