以需求为导向深入开展残疾人“亲情服务”活动 曲保军张高高 左勇毅（山西省侯马市残疾人联合会，043000） 摘要：我市开展“亲惜一家人”优质化服务活动，通过深入残疾人家庭，认真详细填写《残 疾人基本状况调查表》、《残疾人需求惜况调查表》、《“亲惜一家人”优质化服务卡》、《残疾 人“亲惜一家人”优质化服务需求惜况统计表》，全而掌握残疾人基本惜况，根据残疾人具体需求 制定可行的个性化服务方案。利用现行的社会保障政策、社会救助制度、民生项目等各种资源，及 时把各种形式、内容的服务与残疾人需求实现有效对接，并应用互联网技术进行科学统一的信息管 理。提出：在开展“亲情一家人”优质化服务中的困难与问题、思路和建议，运用社会化工作方式, 协调相关部门，群策群力，制定和落实发展性方案，并形成长效机制。根据中国残联“二项调查” 的要求，充实“亲惜一家人”服务内容，完成残疾人信息化管理的任务，推进残疾人事业治理体系和 治理能力的现代化。 关键词：专项调查信息管理亲怙服务 Wen pick Our city to carry out the nlove family” service activities，the varieties through in-depth families of disa bled persons，carefully ill in Hthe basic conditions for the disabled questionnaire the demand questionnair e for the disabled”，love family” the service card the varieties，the individuals with disabilities Hlove family ’? the statistics of the service demand, the varieties，fully grasp the basic conditions for the disabled，workab le personalized service plan according to the specific requirements for the disabled.Using the current social security policy, social assistance system，peoples livelihood project，such as all kinds of resources, timely t ake various forms and contents of the service with the disabled needs to achieve effective docking，and appl ication of Internet technology to conduct scientific and unified information management.
