23 2 矿　冶　工　程 Vol.23 №2 2003 04 MINING AND M TALLURGICAL NGIN RING A ril 2003 ① 李青松, 吴爱祥,姜立春 ( , , 410083) 　:。, 、 。(、、)。 , , , , 。、。 :;; Study on the Mechanism of Heap Leaching of High-clay Ore Heaps with Heap inside Solution Distribution LI Qing-song, WU Ai-xiang, JIANG Li-chun (S chool of Resources and Saf ety Engineering , Central South University , Changsha 410083, Hunan, China ) Abstract:Penetration effect is a key factor affecting the efficiency of hea leaching.High-clay hea s are classified into ore hea , mullock hea and rareearth-rich hills in south China.The way in which leaching solution(including hea to distribu- tion, hea slo e distribution, hea inside distribution and hea bottom distribution)is an im ortant factor affecting the ene- tration effect of high-clay hea leaching.By analyzing the enetration characteristics of leaching solution in the high-clay hea s and the leaching dynamics of ore hea s, it is shown that hea inside solution distribution is the best ty e, because it is not on- ly suitable for hea leaching of high-clay hea with oor enetrability, but also can reduce the time in which leach liquor car- rying gas reaches hea inside or even hea bottom, aswell as reduce or eliminate com letely the negative influence resulting from rainy or low tem erature weather.From laboratory test and ractical roduction of in-situ leaching of rare earth-rich hills, it is shown that the hea inside solution distribution has a good ada tability to high-clay ore hea s.
