!里查些盔堂堡主兰垡堡奎 !里查些盔堂堡主兰垡堡奎 竖堡蔓翌暨堕堕壁堡丛生墨盟墅堕 摘要 ；’随着微生态学的发展，人们逐步认识到肠道菌群对人体健康的重要性，由此微生态保 健食品应运而生，并得到迅速发展。螺旋藻因含有丰富的蛋白质、必需氨基酸、必需脂肪 酸、维生素、矿物质和其它生物活性物质，具有很高的营养价值和多种保健功能，已在很 多国家得到大规模养殖。但在调整肠道菌群方面的研究报道很少，为此本文从微生态学的 角度，体外观察了螺旋藻及其水提物对肠道菌群生长的影响，探讨螺旋藻是否具有调整肠 道菌群的作用，为螺旋藻保健食品的开发奠定基础。 本研究将螺旋藻粉及其水捉物添加到改良的PY液体培养基中，采用平板活菌计数法， 观察了螺旋藻粉不同添加量及其水提物对l 1株肠道细菌和I株外源性乳杆菌生长的影哺 、 实验结果表明： 螺旋藻粉4种不同的添加量(O．25％，O 50％，1．00％，2 00％)对12株实验菌株具有不 同程度的促进作用，并随浓度的增加而呈增长的趋势。与对照相比，低浓度的螺旋藻粉 (o 25％，o，50％)显著促进双歧杆菌和乳杆菌的生长(P0．05)，而对受试的肠道其它菌促 进作用不显著(Po 05)，仅在1．00％和2．00％的浓度才显著促进粪肠球、产气荚膜梭菌和 脆弱类杆菌的生长(PO．05)，但促进程度明显小于双歧杆菌和乳杆菌，而对大肠杆菌的作 川不明显。 螺旋藻粉及其水提物对双歧杆菌和乳杆菌生长的动力学(Oh，12h，24h，48h)结果表明， 螺旋藻粉及其水提物都显著促进双歧杆菌杆菌和乳杆菌的生长(与对照相比，48h．PO 01)： 水提物(W2)的促进作用与螺旋藻粉比差异不显著(48h，PO．05)。螺旋藻粉中含有促进 积歧毒干菌和乳杆菌增殖的生长因子，是对热稳定的水溶性成分。；1 ∥■ 。镰旋藻粉及其水提物对12株实验菌株的生长具有不同程度的促进作用，存在种属和种 1 问差异，主要促进双歧杆菌和乳杆菌的生长，这表明螺旋藻粉具有调整肠道菌群的作用。 鼹否含有益生元还有待动物和人体实验的进一步证实。 关键词：螺旋藻，双歧杆菌，乳杆菌，肠道菌群 生里壅些叁兰堡：!堂垡堡苎 生里壅些叁兰堡：!堂垡堡苎 堡壁蔓型些望堕壁堡丛生堡塑墅堕 一 Abstract With the development of Microecology,it is successively realized that human intestinal Inic Joflora can play a major role in human health．So microecological healthy f60d emerges as the times require and develops very fast．Spirulina platensis is high nutritional value and health care functions because of its rich protein，essential amino acids，essential fatty acids，vitamins， minerals and other compounds with biological activity．At present，some countries，including China，are culturing it on a large scale．Currently,however,this is few documented that Spirulina can modulate the intestinal microflora．Therefore the major aim of this work was to determine whether Spirulina may modulate the growth of intestinal microbiota in order to establish the foundwork to use印irulina as function food． This work was to study the effect of a natural additive，Spirulia platensis and its water extracts，on 1 1 endogenous strains from gut and 1 exogenous Lactobacillius in PY medium by counting colonies on plate． The bacteria growth enhancement effects ofSpirulinap
