However, the influences that logistics outsourcing risks bring are comprehensive for an enterprise, the enterprise must take into account these influences, forms a comprehensive outsourcing benefits evaluation. So it is necessaiy to have an effective enterprise logistics decision-making system. Based on this realistic need, this paper mainly studies enterprise outsourcing the enterprise know the integral benefit, raises die enterprise logistics outsourcing integnd process; According to this process, to make enterprise logistics outsourcing decision-making system construction and implementation as a cut-in point, the paper makes a decision-making system which includes three decision-making factorsenterprise core competition, logistics service c叩ability and cost.
