⑥ ⑥ 硕士学位论文 MASTERlS T14ESIS Abstract It is a historical progress to put forward Marxism theory of labor force commodity． ForSt ofall．1abor force as commodity means the indepedence ofthe laborer’S personality 砀e independence of personali哆helps to cultivate and establish personal consciousness of freedom，equality，and competition，to eliminate the idea of hierarchy，privilege and appendage,and to provide good opportunities for the development of commodity economy．Secondly,labor force as eommodity contributes to set up an arrangement which Call divide the systems between labor and management．The indepedence of personality makes laborers become the main body of indepement interests．Thus，the contract relationship between labor and management makes it clear to divide the rights of both sides． However,the deflmtion ofthe concept oflabor force commodity named by Marx has its OWn limitation．The limition lies in that the labor force is commodity under conditions ofcapitalism，and it is not under conditions ofsocialism．Even ifthe labor force gains the status ofcommodity,as the Owners oflabor force commodity,what rights do the laborers 0btain，The rights they have involve that the laborers could freely transfer their own labor force commodity and get an equivalent wjtll the value oflabor force． Then how to treat Marxism theory of labor force commodity in our country that is carrying out the policy of socialist market economy?And what rights does labor force possess?These questions are deeply studied in China．Meanwhile，starting from reality, scholars have supported and developed Marxism theory of labor force commodity． Firstly,the idea is assured that labor force is also commodity under the condition of socialist market economy．Secondly,it iS affirmed that labor force should go from commercialization to capitalization．T删y’if it iS acknowledged that labor force iS capitalized，then it is necessary to clearly sel up laborers’rights to claim for surplus value and to reform wage system
