AbstractThe Abstract The Education Law of the People’s Republic of China stresses that education shall serve the construction of socialist modernization，be combined with production and labor and sarisfy血e needs of training constructors and successors with all round development of morality,intelligence and physique for the socialist cause．This educational policy not only points out the direction ofthe educational development of country,but also brings forward the programmatic requirements and determines the social direction ofthe campus culture for universities and colleges．In other words． we should persist socialist education，serve the socialist modernization，combine study with labor,and foster Successors with all round development of morality,intelligence and physique． Wim the advent of the information age and the widespread application of the Interact，the barrier function of colleges and universities is weakening or vanishing, and it is of use blocking banning such development．The only way out is to adjust ourselves to the new situation and take advantage of the trend to improve students’personal qualities，such as the cultural quality,the moral quality,the esthetic quality,the skill quality,the mental and physical quality,etc．And in the meantime，we can create new growth points for the campus culture and build up a campus culture t}1at confoFills to the requirements of present time．But students cannot only be the passive particiFIants in this process，but should be important hatchers and inventors． We offer more opportunities that can help students practice self-designing and self-training，from where they call receive self-education out of campus and steping into soceity．The brand—new relationship between the contemporary universities and the society makes the traditional estimate of the university value and culture unsuitable for the requirement of the advancement of modem society．Therefore，we have to realize the benign interaction and t11e fusion between the campu
