河北 河北工业大学硕士学位论文 铝期 铝期货和现货的价格关系及在企业风险管理中的应用研究 摘 要 在新兴产业高速发展的今天，人们对各种工业产品的需求与日俱增，我们总是不 断面临着自身发展的需求与资源供给不足的矛盾，随着市场经济的不断完善和国际贸 易的持续繁荣，不同的国家和地区可以通过国际市场间的贸易来解决资源的余缺问 题，但由此却长期被市场的供需变化和价格的随机波动所困扰。自从 1848 年芝加哥 期货交易所成立以来，人们终于可以通过期货市场来对冲现货市场的价格波动，降低 企业的经营风险。 论文立足于基本金属中的铝及其相关产品，以铝期货价格和现货价格的协整关系 和引导关系为中心点，去探索不同市场的价格变化规律及影响因素。其中铝现货包含 了再生铝市场，因为它也是铝现货市场的重要组成部分。论文首先对国内外的期货市 场和现货市场做了相关的介绍，同时对铝价格关系的研究做了详尽的文献综述，其次 对相关市场的价格关系做了系统的分析，采用计量经济学软件对数据进行平稳性检 验，得到随机性平稳序列，再对它们之间的协整关系和格兰杰因果关系进行检验，从 而找出不同市场铝价格的协整关系及价格变化的格兰杰因果关系，选出有显著性因果 关系的市场进行套期保值的分析。最后从企业的实际需要出发，从企业在价格制定和 风险管理两个方面通过制定不同的套期保值策略，计算相应的套保绩效，以动态套期 保值比率研究及相应的套期保值绩效为基础，从套期保值期限、合约的选择、套保的 绩效等三个方面提出有建设性的价格制定思路和风险管理方法，从而形成系统的套期 保值思路，为企业能够迅速做出理性的判断并制定出顺应市场规律的定价方法和风险 控制策略提供建议。 在论文的结束时，我们对分析得出的结论进行了系统的归纳和总结，从实际运用 的角度对我国铝生产企业和加工企业利用不同的市场机制来进行价格制定和风险管 理的政策和方法提出了一些初步的建议。由衷的希望我们的企业可以利用金融市场的 相关工具，最大限度地规避可以转移的风险，并对无法转移的风险作出有远见性的制 度安排，实现企业的稳定生产和快速发展。 关键词: 铝期货 现货 价格关系 格兰杰因果关系 风险管理 I PAGE PAGE IV Abstract In the today‘s rapidly development of emerging industries, as people of various industrial products are increasing demanded, we are constantly faced with their own development needs and the problem of insufficient supply of resources. With the constantly improvement of the market economy and international trade continues to boom, the different national and regional markets through international trade surplus and deficiency of resources to solve the problem, but this has long been plagued with the market supply and demand including the price changes by random fluctuations.
