PAGE PAGE 摘 要 带压不停输开孔装置设备是在不停产情况下进行开孔接点,开孔机在开孔过程中是在完全封闭的空腔内进行的,刀具切削过程与空气隔绝,无着火、爆炸的可能性。由于封闭开孔、无泄漏,有毒有害介质不能排放到大气中,因此对环境无污染。如中石化**分公司需在原油管道上增加流量比例原油自动取样器3台，由于装置不停工，需在3处原油管道带压开孔，结合该实例从业主要求、图纸会审、设计交底、方案编制、方案交底、现场焊接监控、安全隔离、开孔器检查、风险控制、实施开孔等一系列步骤的成功实施为码头或原油储罐区的原油管线不停输实施取样器开孔安装以及增加支管线流程提供了实际经验和样本范例。本文重点介绍原油管道带压开孔技术专用设备的组成、操作方法、步骤、技术要点以及风险防范和控制。 关键词：原油管道，带压开孔，技术，风险，控制 Abstract Take pressure constantly lose opening devices is not suspend production situation of open hole contact, tapping machine in the opening process are in a totally enclosed within the cavity, tool cutting process and air isolation, without the possibility of fire, explosion.
