ABSTRACT This article has studied the development public spatial location service system related technology, and unifies the public to convenient, fast and the personalized spatial location service need, proposed the system uses the grid data superimposition vector data the WEBGIS technology route, the system construction uses the network hardware foundation course, the data level, the platform level, the application layer, the performance level five levels, and has given an actual system development prototype. The project background take the Chongqing region as an example, according to system design, mainly has solved several key questions, to multiple source, multi-criterion electron map processing, the organization and the management has done the thorough analysis research, through to data method realization magnanimous data accesses and so on establishment index, pyramid structure construction, data compression, transfers and provides the WebService service to support the multi-terminal application through API, realized has provided concerns the Chongqing region spatial location service system, the public may inquire the understanding information through this platform, the issue exchange information, realization space information sharing and the Interoperability, convenient publics daily life and work. The article finally summarized the system main achievement, still existed the main question, to the forecast which next step worked.
