摘 摘 要 我国现行的教师教育体系处于培养与培训分离状态，不利于教师的终生教育 体系形成和教师的专业化发展。这就要求教师教育应采取措施，推进教师教育一 体化，打破条块分割及地域界限的阻隔，以教育信息化带动教师终身教育化。以 网络为基础的现代远程教育为教师终身教育学习和教师的专业化发展创造了有 利的条件，为大规模、高水平、高效益的开展教师继续教育提供了新契机。 基于网络的教师继续教育能否实施是网络资源问题，文献研究显示：现行的 网络资源建设缺乏针对性，面向教师教育定位不明确，个人网站多，但规模小， 不成体系。本课题针对上述面向教师教育的网络资源存在的问题，兼顾教师教育 具有的学习对象成人性，学习需求的复杂性，传播手段的网络化，学习内容的针 对性等特点。采用web技术，weblog技术等相关网站开发技术，为杭州师范学 院继续教育学院量身定制出针对教师的功能齐全的教师教育资源库。 该资源库采用网站形式，分网上教学系统(针对学员)和网络教育资源支持 系统(全开放)两部分。实现了网上教育，科研，管理一体化的建设目标。在教 师教育的实际过程中，学员可以在线自由选择课程，协作学习，作业递交，视频 点播和资料查询。教师利用资源实现网上即时备课，在线答题，和资料查询。教 学行政人员可以实行网上学员学籍管理，远程考查等等。考虑到信息技术的发展 趋势和教师教育的专业性强的特点，该资源库在设计规划中，依据先进性，实用 性，规范性，开放性， 经济性，时效性的原则而建设。该资源库经半年运行， 效果显著。 关键词：网络 教师教育 信息资源库建设 Research Research Studies and Practice of Building up A Networlobased 7Ibacher Education Inl『ormation Corpus Abstract For hiStorical reasons，our system of teacher education becomes double stmcture of separation in pre—service and in—service teacher development and training．With me compIetion of diploma compensation education，the teacher continuing education has tumed to raise the academic level and educational capabilities．Thus，an upside—down phenomenon in the system of teacher deVelopment and training，which is obViously detrimental to the teacher’s life—long education and funher deVelopment．In order to upgrade teacher education，it is of great imponance to change it into a“through train”mode，by breaking the current separation，the boundaries of disciplines，diVision of occupations and hindrance of old systems．Modemization of education is to be started by infbrnlationization of education The deVelopment of network-based informationization of education makes it possible for the teacher’s lifelong leaming aIld professional deVelopment to be in如ll swing large scale，a hi曲leVel and with hi曲emciency。Teacher education is intended to take this optimal opportunity to stan nle process of infomlationization and actualize the gap—filling devel叩ment． In teacher continuing education today，modem distance education must be m
