前言 洛阳理工学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE I 大倾角皮带输送机 摘 要 带式输送机是一种适应能力强、应用广泛的输送机械，常用于输送块状和粒状的物料，也可用于输送成件物品，能经济而有效地输送各种物料，即可在小输送量和短距离内采用，又可在大输送量和长距离内采用。 本设计是关于大倾角带式输送机机构的设计，大倾角皮带输送机的最大特点是采用波状挡边输送带来取代普通输送带。它的工作原理和结构组成，则与通用带式机相同。故以波状档边带式输送机为研究对象，阐述了它的设计理论，分析了它的工作原理以及基本结构，从理论上解释了输送机的计算过程，详细计算了输送带的质量、传动滚筒驱动力、它的功率和电动机的功率以及相关部件的选取。大倾角输送机主要由波状挡边输送带、传动装置、改向装置、拖辊、拉紧装置、中间机、中间架支腿、尾架、卸料漏斗、头部护罩、 清扫装置、保护装置等部件组成，这些部件都可以与通用带式输送机的相应部件通用。 关键词：大倾角，波状挡边带式输送机，部件设计 Big dip Angle belt conveyor ABSTRACT Belt conveyor is a kind of adaptive capability, wide application of conveying machinery, commonly used to transport block and granular materials, also can be used to transport a items, economical and effective transport, all kinds of materials can be used at small throughput and distances, and can be used in large throughput and long distance. This design is about the mechanism design of big dip Angle belt conveyor, the biggest characteristic of big dip Angle belt conveyor is adopted wavy guard bring replace ordinary conveyor belt conveyor. Its working principle and structure composition, the same as the general belt conveyor machine.
