Classified Index: TP311 U.D.C: 620 Dissertation for the Master Degree in Engineering DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF CLINICAL DIAGNOSIS WORKFLOW MODEL ORIENTED TO HL7 Candidate： Zhu Lin Supervisor： Prof. WANG Yadong Academic Degree Applied for： Master of Engineering Specialty： Computer Science and Technology Affiliation： School of Computer Science and Technology Date of Defence： June, 2009 Degree-Conferring-Institution： Harbin Institute of Technology 哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 -II- -II- 摘 要 信息化是当今社会发展的趋势，随着计算机、通讯技术与医疗影像科学在 医疗行业的进一步应用，我国医院信息化管理进程得到不断深入和拓展。国内 部分医院已经建立起了独立的医院信息管理系统(Hospital Information System 简 称 HIS)。随着我国的医疗体制改革逐步走向深入，医疗分开管理、医院集团化 趋势以及医院企业化管理等都对医院原有的 HIS 提出了更高的要求。随着中国 加入 WTO，国内医疗产业必须与国际接轨，医疗信息交换与整合成为医院参与 国际化交流的一个重要环节。 本文设计了面向 HL7 的临床诊断工作流模型。众所周知，工作流管理是现 代业务流程管理中有着强劲发展势头，并且具有很大前景的一个发展方向。在 系统设计中，工作流的控制管理分别通过顺序型工作流与状态机型工作流来实 现。在状态机型工作流进行管理控制的时候，系统通过事件触发的方式实现病 人就医过程中的流程的流向、状态的迁移，这可以包括不同客户端间的状态迁 移与跳转；通过顺序型工作流管理，实现每个特定的客户端内部流程控制。其 次，分析了 HL7 架构，为系统面向 HL7 的数据采集工作提供了理论依据。 在系统功能模块的实现上采用调用 Webservice 的方法来实现。开发者在用 户端无需编写大量代码，只需通过对 Webservice 提供的方法进行调用来实现系 统功能。实现代码对用户透明，对提高系统安全性有积极意义。此外，系统不 同部门间的通讯通过 Email 的发送和接受来实现。各客户端通过对邮件的监 听，实时的接收病人诊疗过程中的信息。做出高效的诊疗方案与措施。 关键词： 医疗信息化；HL7；工作流；状态机； - - PAGE IV- Abstract Informatization is the current developing trend in the world. As the further application of computer, communication techniques and medical image science in the medicine industry, the process of informatization management has been widely used in national hospitals.
