At the same time, it contributed to the demand of auto parts import and export logistics in the logistics market. Lot of global companies, such as K company, was attracted to invest a lot of manpower, material resources in order to occupy the lions share of the market. The international logistics transportation has a very stringent requirements due to auto parts company committed to achieving the ultimate goal of zero inventory. Logistics services of K company provide face many challenges. In this article, I use case analysis, literature research, empirical analysis and SWOT analysis to analyze the modern international cargo transportation development situation, put forward related feasible solution, optimize the structure of the international transport of goods.
