This part is very important for the management and operation of public service. In the face of the increasingly complex fixed telephone charges and inquiries, the urgent need for a quick, simple and effective management system for payment. In this paper, we design and implement the system of fixed telephone payment and query system. This system uses C# language, combined with the database SQL2008, to achieve the user number of the management of the call records management, charge management and other functions.
