第 PAGE 1 页 西安建筑科技大学华清学院 本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目 年产8万根横腹杆式方形支柱制 厂设计 学生姓名 学 号 院（系） 专 业 指导教师 时 间 设计总说明 水泥混凝土制品行业是以水泥基胶凝材料为基材经深加工制成工业产品的行业。国家基础设施建设的不断加强，混凝土制品行业也与时俱进，出现了前所未有的发展和机遇。混凝土制品在供电系统的改造、电气化工程到铁路建设到通讯建设等工程均得到了大量的使用。本设计对年产8万根横腹杆式预应力混凝土方形支柱及相关配套设施的生产工艺流程进行了系统设计。主要内容包括：生产工作制度的确定；C60混凝土的配合比设计；全年、每天、每小时生产所需原材料（砂、石、水泥、矿粉、外加剂、水、钢筋）的初步计算；原材料、成品贮存量的设计；砂石堆场设计；混凝土搅拌设备计算与选型；水泥筒仓、矿粉筒仓的计算与选型；钢筋车间和成型车间的设计；养护坑数量的确定；混凝土制品质量控制与实验室检验等。并绘制了混凝土制品厂平面图、制品工艺流程图、搅拌楼结构图等。 关键词：横腹杆式方形制品，搅拌楼，设计 Design Description Cement and concrete products industry is a cementitious material as substrate through the deep processing of industrial products industry.
