After the Ministry of Education decided to implement “project of colleges and universities teaching quality reform” in 2003, there is increasing number of online course in the network, includes a variety of high quality teaching resources. Then have a large number of course teaching resources center in various colleges and universities are vigorously building. Course Centre has been widely welcomed, until now the hits of course center of WUHAN UNIVERSITY and Shanghai Jiao Tong University is more than 10 million. However, by the research of top 50 universities in china found that 70% of the universities have not yet completed the building of course center. All the data show that development a course center what the most universities needs is meaningful. At present, construction of the course center, there are three main ways. Use the foreign open source software, use the domestic billing software and independent development. The open source software is not widely used in china, because its usage does not meet the Chinese. In the country, the most use is the companys billing software. Through research found that despite the high hits of course centre, which is very scarce resources available. In the course center that has been completed, the number of online course is less than 10% of the actual number of school course. So how to improve the visits of the course center is the urgent problems to be solved. After a lot of research and analysis, with the current teaching model, we proposed course center for the classroom to actual classroom and online course closely together.
