陕西理工学院毕业设计 陕西理工学院毕业设计 宾馆客房管理系统的设计与开发 【摘要】“宾馆客房管理系统的设计与开发”以宾馆业的发展现状为背景，分析了我国宾馆业在传统管理模式下的不足，阐述了宾馆客房管理信息化的必要性。通过走访各宾馆，从宾馆的实际业务出发,建立了宾馆客房管理信息系统模型。在此基础上，对宾馆客房的业务流程进行了详细调查，建立了功能结构图，如客房预订、客户入住、退房结算等，从而实现了管理工作的透明度。从实际需求出发，建立了概念结构，提出了系统设计原则和设计方法,给出了数据库实现方案，开发了一个实用的单机版宾馆客房管理信息系统。本论文不仅从业务的角度对宾馆客房系统进行了详细的分析和设计，而且还对系统进行了评价。 本系统的前台开发工具是Microsoft Visual Basic6.0，后台数据库选用的是Microsoft Access2003数据库。 【关键词】 宾馆客房管理、 Visual Basic6.0、 Access 2003、住宿管理 Hotel Room Management System Design and Development LI Jing (Grade 05,Class 2, Information Management and Information System，Computer Science and Technology Dept，Shaanxi University of Technology, Hanzhong 723003, Shaanxi) Tutor: WANG Hong-Tao 【Abstract】 Hotel Room Management System Design and Development to the development of the hotel industry as the background, analysis of Chinas hotel industry in the traditional management mode of the shortage of hotel rooms on the need for management information.
