The development of human is realized by ways of human teaching and training. As a most developed country in the world, The United State of America owned advanced educational concepts, scientific and systematic human teaching and training pattern. Describing the current situations comprehensively, carefully and accurately, summarizing and analyzing the advantages and experiences is meaningful and important for answering the problem encountered in the course of improvement and perfection of human cultivating pattern of P.E major undergraduate in our country. The literature review, field investigation, case study, comparison and statistical analysis method were used in the study. The paper conducted research to 20 universities from four perspectives: teaching and training objects, major development, curriculum design and arrangement and the teaching process in classroom and court. The conclusions as follows: The objectives of undergraduate in kinesiology major in America adapted to the society demands and tend to diversity. The objective of undergraduate education includes general education objective and professional education objective. Under the guidance of general education, in the course of teaching and training to American undergraduate in kinesiology major, the critical thinking and personality development of students was emphasized. There are 865 universities offer a degree in kinesiology and science in the United States of America. The terms used most frequently in the names of departments and faculties in the USA were health, physical education, kinesiology, exercise, sport, movement science, recreation and some other terms, such as human performance, human studies and so on.
