贵州 贵州大学中国哲学硕士学位论文 黄老 黄老认识论及其实践 PAGE PAGE 1 PAGE PAGE 2 中 文 摘 要 如何界定“黄老学”，其学派属性如何划分，这都是富有争论的命题。黄老学的产生与 发展既是特定社会历史发展阶段的写照，也是一脉思想体系辩证发展的过程。就发展沿革 而言，可以大致从萌芽、成型、兴盛、后续四个阶段加以梳理。黄老学思想体系庞杂、内 容博大精深，既可从“治道”、“治国”、“治身”、“治心”加以区别，亦可从“道术”、“心 术”、“权术”、“身术”分而论之。但就黄老学的核心思想而言，以“心术”为内核的黄老 认识论则更显独特。黄老学在春秋战国的实践成就了齐国的强盛，在汉初的实践呈现了文 景之治的盛世，即便是在汉武帝“罢黜百家、独尊儒术”之后的时代，黄老学仍以其独有 的思想魅力让后世之人“内化”运用，这一切得益于黄老认识论的核心支柱作用。探究黄 老认识论及其实践问题，不难发现其理论价值、实践价值，这既是社会发展的客观需求， 也是黄老学思想发展的内在需要。 本文包含四章。 第一章介绍了黄老学称谓的由来、黄老学派发展的主要历史线索。 第二章介绍了黄老认识论在黄老学思想中的主要学术特征，黄老学认识论在黄老学中 的地位，黄老学认识论的主要内容，黄老学从认识到实践遵循的“道”的次第。 第三章介绍了黄老认识论在春秋战国时期、汉初的实践以及最终淡出政治舞台的原因。 第四章介绍了研究黄老认识论的理论价值、实践价值。 关键词：黄老学，认识论，实践 The Epistemology and Practice of Huang-Lao School Summary The definitions and attributes of Huang-Lao School are controversial propositions. The appearance and development of Huang-Lao School are not only the reflection of certain seedtime in social history, but also the dialectic developing process of ideology. As to the development and evolution, Huang-Lao School may be discussed in four phases: germination, formation, prosperity and subsequence. With regard to the ideology, Huang-Lao School, numerous and jumbled in its system, broad and profound in its contents, could be distinguished from perspectives of Dao-governing, State-governing, Health-governing and Mind-governing, or be elaborated from the principles of Dao, Consolidating the authority of the throne, Taking care of oneself and the heart. Considering the core ideology of Huang-Lao School, the kernel Principles of the Heart is more special. The practice of Huang-Lao School accomplished Qi’s mightiness and prosperity in the period of Chunqiu and Warring States, and the reign of the empire Wen and Jing at the beginning of Han Dynasty. Even in the times after Emperor Hanwu’s policy – “paying supreme tribute to Confucianism while banning all other schools of thought”, the descendents Huang-Lao School was still worked with its particular Ideaistic Charm.
