北方交通大学 T科硕士卡U学位论文 y 586248 摘要:随着社会的发展?社会主义市场经济的建立，不可避免的出现犯罪问 题。在这种过渡时期，各种思想的碰撞，文化的冲击，社会的不稳定性?会 带来犯罪的高潮。近几年来，各种刑事犯罪呈高发态势，人民群众普遍感到 不安全，为此公安部门加大了打击力度，同时推出了 110 报警服务台，方便 人民群众报警，提高打击犯罪的快速反应能力，深受广大人民群众的欢边， 被称之为人民群众的保护神。但是，在运行的列车-卡，当旅客的生命和财 产受到侵害时，如何报警?如何尽快的找到乘警?如何尽快的打击犯罪，保 护旅客的生命财产的立全?成了当务之急。因此，在列车上建立旅客 110 报 警系统是非常需要的。本文论述了采用电力线扩频通信技术在旅客列车上述 立列午 110 报警系统的技术，解决了旅客列车 110 报警的问题。该系统的主 要功能是在每-- -节车厢建立一个旅客 110 报警按钮，当发生警情时，按 F报 警按钮费报警信号通过电力线扩频通信设备传到中央报警控制器，中央控制 器根据收到的车厢号码，调出相应的报警语音送电台发射?报警 吾齿发射刽 乘警的对讲机上，乘警收到信号就知道哪号车厢发生了问题，同时乘警还可 以通过对讲机与该车厢的报警旅客进行简短的通话，了解情况 p 迅速赶赴现 场，处理问题。该设备经在广铁集团公司 T351/2 次列车上试验，取得了圆满 的成功，完全达到了设计要求 e 该设备可以投入了实际应用。 关键词:电力线扩频通信列车 110 报警 局域网 Abstract: Along with the developlnent ofthe society and the foundation ofthe socialism market economy，crime problems can not be avoided.
