内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） 毕业设计说明书 转炉副原料称重配料控制系统 摘要 转炉副原料称重配料控制系统，主要是对电磁振动给料机、称量斗、汇总斗及其各自阀门开关状态的逻辑联锁控制。 本设计采用的控制系统主要是西门子公司的PCS 7过程控制系统，此系统利用S7-400 PLC做主站，ET-200分布式I/O作为从站，结合STEP 7编程软件、WinCC画面控制、PROFIBUS现场总线以及工业以太网来实现转炉副原料称重配料自动控制的。 从站ET-200主要是用来接收现场传感器检测到的信号，通过PROFIBUS现场总线被送至S7-400 PLC。而STEP 7编程软件主要是用来编写程序，编写好的程序将被下载到主站PLC的CPU模块，从而通过PLC来控制系统的称量、配料过程。 组态软件WinCC是一个集成的人机界面系统和监控管理系统，它具有强大的编辑、组态及方便、简单的通讯实现功能，通过WinCC人机画面我们可以实现实时监视现场称配料过程、参数设定、指令发出和故障报警等功能。 关键词：转炉； PCS 7； PLC； The converter vice- raw material calls the heavy ingredient control system Abstract The converter vice- raw material calls the heavy ingredient control system, mainly is to the electromagnetism vibration for the material machine,weighing struggle, compiles fights and its respective valve switch condition logical inter connection control. This design uses the control system mainly is siemenss PCS 7 control system, this system makes the master station using S7-400 PLC,ET-200 distributional I/O took from the station, unifies STEP 7 to programming software, the WinCC picture control, the PROFIBUS fieldbus as well as the industry ethernet realizes the converter vice- raw material to call the heavy ingredient automatic control. From stands ET-200 mainly uses for the signal which receives the scenesensor to examine, is delivered through the PROFIBUS field bus to S7-400 PLC, but STEP 7 programming software mainly is uses for to compile the procedure, compiles the procedure is downloaded to the master station PLC CPU module, thus through PLC control system weighing、ingredient process. Configuration software WinCC is an integrated man-machine contactsurface process supervisory system,it has the formidable edition, the configuration and convenient, the simple communication realization function, we may realize the real-time surveillance scene through the WinCC man-machine picture to call the ingredient process, the parameter hypothesis, the instruction send out with the break down reports to the police and so on
