PAGE 本科毕业论文 课题名称 环氧树脂选择对其改性水性树脂涂料漆膜性能影响 环氧树脂选择对其改性水性树脂涂料漆膜性能影响 摘要 本实验选择高环氧值、低粘度的环氧树脂Der671与带羧基和双键的顺丁烯二酸酐反应制得环氧顺丁烯酸酯EA，然后EA树脂中双键与丙烯酸酯双键聚合反应合成环氧改性丙烯酸树脂。并对EA和环氧改性丙烯酸树脂的固含量，粘度，PH等性能测试，以确保反应正确进行，得到合格的环氧顺丁烯酸酯EA及环氧改性丙烯酸树脂。并以此树脂为基料制备清漆，测试性能，确保达到可实际使用的指标。喷涂，烘烤制得漆膜，测定其硬度、附着力、耐水煮性及耐碱性等性能，以此研究环氧树脂含量对水溶性改性丙烯酸树脂涂料漆膜性能的影响。得出环氧改性丙烯酸树脂的最佳配方。实验结果表明的环氧用量对环氧树脂含量对水溶性改性丙烯酸树脂涂料的附着力和硬度影响不大，但可对其耐水煮及耐碱性造成明显改变。适当的配方可制得水溶性、耐候性及力学性能都非常好的水溶性环氧改性丙烯酸树脂涂料。 关键词 环氧改性、水性丙烯酸树脂、漆膜性能 For the modified epoxy resin water-based resin coating film performance impact ABSTRACT This experiment select high epoxide value and low viscosity epoxy resin Der671 with carboxyl and double bond of malefic anhydride reaction made epoxy malefic acid ester EA, then a double bond in the EA resin and acryl ate double bond polymerization synthesis of epoxy modified acrylic resin.
