PAGE PAGE 5 摘 要 项目管理是指在项目活动中运用专门的知识、技能、工具和方法，使项目能够在有 限资源限定条件下，实现或超过设定的需求和期望。精益建设是一种对顾客实现价值的 最大化、浪费的最小化的施工管理模式。本论文研究的目的是通过对精益建设理论的研 究，针对我国目前井筒施工的管理现状，构建一种适合我国井筒施工的精益建设管理模 式。 本文首先介绍了精益思想的内容，通过精益思想引出了精益建设的概念，并从准时 化采购及施工、看板管理、模块化施工、施工均衡化、柔性施工体系、精益建设的品质 保证、标准化管理制度等几个方面论述了精益建设的基本理论体系。在此基础上，分析 了当前在井筒施工中实施精益建设的障碍，着重提出了井筒施工中精益建设模式的构建， 包括标准化制度的构建、标准化施工现场的管理、标准化施工过程的控制以及准时化物 料供应等，详细介绍了精益建设的思想在井筒施工制度、管理、施工等方面的运用。 基于以上的理论基础和条件，具体地阐述了井筒施工中精益建设组织管理模式的评 级体系和方法，以具体细致的施工组织管理、财务、内部控制、后评价等作为评价指标， 较为完整的量化了井筒施工精益建设管理模式评价指标体系。 本文在井筒施工精益建设管理模式基础上，以 XX 煤矿井筒施工管理为例，对其精 益建设实施情况进行了分析，阐述了精益建设管理模式。最后从各级层面上对其项目管 理模式进行了打分评价，最后得出了具体评价结果。 关键词：精益建设 准时化 标准化 评价体系 Abstract Project management is to point to in the project activities using specialized knowledge, skills, tools and methods, make the project can in limited resources limited conditions, achieve or exceed the set needs and expectations.
