PAGE PAGE VI Abstract The Sociology of Scientific Knowledge (SSK) as a product of post-modernist ideas, which is the contemporary forms of sociology of knowledge, mainly starts sociological analysis of the social causes of scientific knowledge content. Clearly, SSK moves the cheese——scientific knowledge which the classical sociology of knowledge and the sociology of science have not moved, trying to achieve sociological analysis of all kinds of knowledge, including scientific knowledge，so it is a comprehensive and thorough sociology of knowledge. All along, scientific knowledge was regarded as well-deserved or absolute truth with the empirical experience and the integrity of logic.In fact, scientific knowledge is the product of the scientific practice that scientists started in a specific social context or cultural context. Practice has the following characteristics: First, practice is overall, it is not only the expression of subject will, but also the expression of social norms, is the results of mutual construction between the subject will and the social norms ,and the combination of the subject will and the social norms; Second, practice is dynamic, not only the subject will and the social norms continuously build and shape practice, also practice continuously build and shape subject will and social norms, so practice is evolving；Third, the practice is also realistic, all practices are the practice of real people,the so-called real people refers to living people who lives in a specific social context or cultural context, is the combination of emotional awareness and rational thinking, not only has emotional awareness, but also has rational thinking，so practice is common expression of emotion and rationality, is the real practice. Scientific practice as a type of social practice, is also bound to the overall, dynamic and realistic, so scientific knowledge as a product of scientific practice can not be absolute truth，which is essentially a social co
