PAGE PAGE 10 (3) ET 与 SCr 呈正相关性，ET 与 NO、CCr 呈负相关性。 结论: (1)中医证型在慢性肾衰四期(代偿期、失代偿期、衰竭期、尿毒 症期)的分布具有差异性，证型在四期呈动态变化趋势。（2）一氧化氮、 血浆内皮素、血肌酐、内生肌酐清除率与慢性肾衰中医证型有相关性。 CRF 中医辨证在血浆内皮素，一氧化氮、血肌酐的差异，为 CRF 中医证 候的微观辨证提供一定的客观化依据，进而为慢性肾功能衰竭的中医辨 证及无症可辨时提供新的辩证思路。 关键词:慢性肾功能衰竭;中医证型;实验室检查( Scr； Ccr； ET; NO) The Relation Between TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Clinical Objective Indexes of Western Medieine of CRF ABSTRACT Objective: To study the relation between TCM syndrome differentiation and clinical objective indexes of western medicine of CRF. Methods: By chronic renal failure (CRF) diagnostic criteria, selection criteria for a diagnosis of 120 patients,among them,26 cases in group of the renal compensation,33 cases in group of the decompensation stages, 28 cases in group of the renal failure, 33 cases in group of the uremic period .According to the Guideline to clinical research of Chinese traditional medicine and new drug，will operate TCM differentiation Pying while the level of serum SCr、CCr、ET and NO was measured. Results: (1) Spleen and Kidney Qi deficiency and blood stasis folder water vapor in the compensated group 50%, decompensated 27.2% of the total accounted for 10.7% failure period, accounting for 3% of uremia period, was gradually diminishing. Splenorenal Yin Deficiency and Blood Stasis heat folders in the compensated group accounted for 38.4%, decompensated 30.3%, accounting for 10.7% failure period, accounting for 9% of uremic period, on the whole was gradually reduced in the compensated advantage. Spleen kidney-yang deficiency and blood stasis folder water vapor in the compensated group accounted for 0%, decompensated 12.2%, accounting for 50% failure period, 27.3 % of uremic period, was gradually increased, and the advantages in the failure period.
