With the continuous development of Chinas automobile industry, automobile service become an important component of automobile development. To maintenance personnel structure, quality, supply and demand, the demand for automobile maintenance enterprises has an important role in the development, so we need to cultivate a large number of professional maintenance personnel. In automobile maintenance enterprises, vehicle maintenance and repair personnels cultivation is a complete process, only by constantly explore and perfect our country automobile service personnel training mode, to produce in line with international standards and meet the demand of social market, with innovative and practical ability of high-quality automotive maintenance personnel, gradually formed with the characteristic of our country automobile maintenance personnel training mode and system, in order to promote our country automobile service industry and economic development.
