It finds that leading countries and regions are not only leading the practice in the field of gero ntech no logical innovati on, but also have abundant theoretical results, and the categories and technical contents of China s products in this field need to be improved，and the innovation catch-up process need to be accelerated. Due to the heterogeneity of Chinas silver groups, future researches should systematically explore the realization mechanisms and guidanee policies of gerontechnological innovation based on Chinas nati orml conditions. And the resuIts of the latest thcorctical innovation research such as social irmovation，frugal innovation and reverse innovation should be applied to put forward and suggestions for future researches.
