长庆油田专用道路路线技术指标研究 李道发梁孝忠 西安长庆科技工程有限责任公司 摘要: 长庆油气出专用道路设计均参照交通部发布的相关规范和国家标准《厂矿道路设 计规范》。由于专用道路的功能主要满足油气田开发建设和生产运营中车辆的行 驶，道路交通量小，道路的使用频率低，故专用道路设计全部依据公路行业规 范，有些指标相对较高，无形中对投资造成了浪费。根据长庆油田现有专用道路 实施情况，对油气区内专用道路进行调研，包括油气区域内的交通流量、车辆类 型、道路路基路面宽度、道路平面指标、纵断面指标等情况，分析专用道路与地 方公路及其他厂矿道路不同之处。通过对专用道路各项指标的研究，对比分析公 路行业、林区道路、农村公路、部分国外道路技术指标，通过计算主要车型的爬 坡性能等，得出适合长庆油田油气区专用道路路线的技术指标，有利于专用道 路的节约建设和环境保护。 关键词: 长庆油□];专用道路;路线指标;环境保护; 作者简介：李道发:工程师，2006年毕业于西安建筑科技大学土木工程专业，从 事道路规划设计工作 lcl-fal_cq@pctrochina. com. cn,陕西省西 安市未央区未央路长庆兴隆园小区长庆大厦1713室，710018o 收稿日期：2017-06-04 Study on Technical Indicator of Special Road Route of Changqing Oilfield Li Daofa Liang Xiaozhong Abstract： Special roads of Changqing oil and gas field are designed by reference to relevant specifications promulgated by Ministry of Transport and the natiorml standard Code for Design of Mine and Plant Road.As the main function of special roads is to meet the driving of vehicles used for dcvclopm cnt，const rue tion as well as produc tion and opera tion of o 订 and gas fields, and the traffic volume and use frequency of the road are low. Thus, if special roads are designed completely in accordance with the specification of highway industry, some indicators are relatively high, which causes investment waste virtually. Tn accordanee with the current using condition of special roads in Changqing Oilfield, the investigation and survey of special roads within oil and gas areas is conducted, including conditions of the traffic volume, vehicle type, width of subgrade and pavement of road, road plane indicators and longitudinal section indicators in oil and gas areas, and the difference between special roads and local roads and other factory and mine roads is analyzed. By means of study on various indicators of special roads, the technical indicators of highway industry, forest roads, rural roads and some roads in foreign countries are compared and analyzed.
