长沙北辰新河三角洲A3区商业综合体 结构设计 蒋俊杰 宋腾添玛沙帝建筑工程设计咨询（北京）有限公司 摘要： 长沙北辰新河三角洲A3区商业综合体项冃包括三个结构设计单体，分别为200m 高的公寓、150m高的酒店和超大型国际会议中心。公寓塔楼地上共59层，建筑 主要屋面高度212. 50m,结构高度为206. 10m,以酒店式公寓功能为主，采用框 架-核心筒结构体系；酒店楼地上共40层，建筑主要屋面高度155. 80m,结构高 度为149. 10m,以酒店客房为主要功能，采用框架-核心筒结构体系；公寓和酒 店两栋塔楼的核心筒均偏置在塔楼的一侧，偏置的筒体给结构设计带来一定挑 战。公寓塔楼的结构高度超过A级高度限值，属于B级高度的超限高层结构，酒 店塔楼高度基本接近150m高的A级高度限值要求。会议中心地上3层，结构高 度23. 90m,不属于高层建筑，大会议厅上空屋盖的跨度为63m,小于120m,不 属于屋盖跨度超限建筑，会议中心采用局部设置剪力墙的框架结构体系。介绍了 本项目的基础设计以及地下室设计，重点介绍最高塔楼-公寓的超限分析及应对 措施，提供弹性分析和弹塑性时程分析两个阶段的计算分析结果，计算结果表 明，本项目的设计满足规范要求。 关键词： 超高层;结构超限设计;核心筒偏置;弹塑性分析; 作者简介：蒋俊杰，硕士，工程师，Email: jndyjic@126. com0 Architecture complex struetural design for the Changsha Northstar Xinhe Delta of A3 Block Jiang Junjie Thornton Tomasetti; Abstract： Changsha Northstar Xinhe Delta A3 block architecture-complex project include three structural buildings, they are 200 m tall apartment, 150 m tai 1 hotel, a large international conferenee center. The apartment has 59 floors above ground, the main roof eirchitectureil height is 212. 50 m, and the structural top height is 206. 10 m, the main function is service apartment, using frame-core wal1 system.
